We are seeking an experienced Dev Team Manager to lead one of our C# development teams in continuing to enhance our top-tier cloud-based SaaS application. The ideal candidate will be able to understand and navigate technical discussions, motivate the team to achieve the best business results, and provide a structured career path for all team members.

Manage, mentor, and lead a diverse team composed of tech leads, developers, product owners, UX specialists, and quality assurance analysts.

Facilitate the Agile Scrum process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to development timelines.

Encourage the team to focus on right-sized solutions, efficient work habits, and the completion of tasks in a timely manner.

Balance the resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Foster an environment that promotes accountability, innovation, and high-performance.

Hold regular 1:1 meetings with team members, offering constructive feedback, addressing issues, and discussing career development opportunities.

Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and other stakeholders to align software development with company objectives and strategies.

Someone who can review technical proposals and help to align to business goals

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Proven experience in a management role within a software development team, specifically C# and cloud-based web applications.

Has recent and relevant professional experience as a developer.

Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.

Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
