Requirements
  • Are pursuing a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and have built something real: a side project people actually used, open source contributions, or a previous internship where you shipped.
  • Are comfortable in TypeScript, or capable enough at programming to be effective in it within a week.
  • Have played with large language models beyond the chat box; tool-calling, agent frameworks, React Flow, Yjs/CRDTs, or similar tinkering at 2am.
  • Care about small details users never explicitly notice.
  • Are comfortable with uncertainty; readiness to adapt to rapidly changing outcomes.
  • Default to shipping and delivering results.
Responsibilities
  • Building new tools for the agent end-to-end — what it can do on the canvas, what it can change in the timeline editor, and how it can semantically search in the asset manager.
  • Sitting in on user sessions, watching a creative hit a rough edge, and shipping the fix that same hour.
  • Adding evaluations and traces to determine whether the agent improved over time.
  • Polishing canvas interactions that thousands of creatives touch every day — focusing on small details users do not explicitly notice but always feel.

Melius provides personalized financial insights and connects clients with financial advisors. It collects basic financial data to generate a Melius score, which shows how a user compares to peers and national averages. The score highlights inefficiencies and triggers actionable recommendations, delivered through free personalized reports and tips. Users can also message advisors directly on the platform, while advisors receive practice analytics to improve efficiency and target communications with prospects and clients. Compared with competitors, Melius emphasizes a simple score-based, peer-aware view and direct advisor messaging, along with analytics for advisors. The goal is to improve clients' financial health and literacy while enabling advisors to grow their practice and earn revenue through partnerships and premium features.
