About the job

Requirements
  • Proficiency in C# and familiarity with its ecosystem, the .NET framework, .NET Core, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Angular or a comparable modern frontend framework, and familiarity with frontend state management patterns.
  • High proficiency using modern AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to accelerate development, support code comprehension, and improve code quality.
  • Experience with layered or modular monolith architectures, dependency injection, and interface-driven design, and the ability to make sound architectural decisions in existing codebases without unnecessary rewrites.
  • Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant systems, including data isolation and tenant-aware authorization patterns.
  • Experience with distributed-system reliability practices such as retries, circuit breakers, timeouts, and defensive error handling, and with observability tooling such as structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines from scratch, with proficiency in GitHub Actions, GitHub Repositories, and Azure DevOps for automated builds, testing, and release management.
  • Experience writing unit tests.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the unified CC Insights web application, integrating embedded PowerBI reports through the Angular SDK and enabling AI-assisted workflows.
  • Work within the layered architecture of controllers, services, repositories, and data-access components, improving weak or overly coupled boundaries.
  • Evaluate and migrate features from other reporting products into Insights by analyzing existing systems.
  • Develop and optimize multi-tenant data access patterns using EF Core and SQL Server, including tenant-aware access controls.
  • Build and maintain platform capabilities for authentication, authorization, feature flags, observability, metrics, logging, exception handling, and resiliency policies.
  • Contribute to frontend state-management patterns using Angular and centralized state tools such as NgRx.
  • Lead technical design and code reviews, identify architectural risks early, and drive pragmatic improvements rather than cosmetic rewrites.
  • Debug production issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers using logs, traces, and metrics.
  • Partner with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineers to deliver features with clear operational ownership.
  • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for continuous integration, automated testing, and reliable deployment of backend and frontend services.
  • Mentor engineers through design guidance, code review, and engineering standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Event Sourcing.
  • Knowledge of PySpark and SQL for collaborating on Databricks and Synapse data pipelines.
  • Prior experience with LLM integrations such as OpenAI, LangChain, or Azure AI for chat-assisted workflows.
  • Understanding of React and its core fundamentals.
