Responsibilities
  • Own a full sales pipeline and close deals independently within three months
  • Within a year, help define Motion's sales playbook and mentor new team members as the company scales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover customer problems and tailor solutions; deliver demos and drive deals to closure
  • Maintain and manage sales activities, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment and contribute to shaping sales strategy and processes

It automates scheduling and prioritizes tasks so users reclaim about two hours per day.
