Requirements
  • 5-8 years of demonstrated project/program management experience working with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences), MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary)
  • Strong technical background and the ability to understand technical solutions and contribute to technical design and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deep experience with current industry standard program/project management tools and techniques
Responsibilities
  • Work with product, business and engineering teams to define project deliverables and milestones.
  • Work cross functionally to identify resources and develop project schedules based on requirements, technical challenges, available resources, and business needs.
  • Proactively identify risks and engage with the right partners to put in place contingency/mitigation plans.
  • Gather requirements and define user stories ensuring features deliver expected business value and objectives
  • Drive project execution across multiple product teams, manage migration and roll out plans to ensure quality and timeliness of all the deliverables.
  • Effectively communicate program status, issues, risks and dependencies with all the stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
