Responsibilities

Dispatch more than 80 specialized power units, maximizing utilization and minimizing deadhead and out-of-route mileage while ensuring driver safety and compliance.
Ensure asset movements comply with Department of Transportation regulations, Hours of Service requirements, and state-specific permits for oversized loads.
Source capacity from the vetted provider network and negotiate competitive rates while maximizing margin and maintaining service quality and safety.
Evaluate carrier safety ratings, operating authority, and insurance certificates to maintain a compliant provider network.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party carriers, ensuring partners meet standards for honesty and performance.
