Requirements
  • A portfolio featuring a wide range of creative campaigns, diverse creative ideas and approaches to solving problems, and strategic breakthrough ideas across a variety of channels.
  • Strong aptitude for copywriting and storytelling across advertising mediums.
  • A solid understanding of how creativity can achieve business objectives while meeting and encouraging brand standards for aesthetic and communication quality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead concept development and copywriting execution for brand and 360 product marketing campaigns across television, digital, social, and print.
  • Oversee and lead a team of creatives at all levels, mentoring them and developing their skills.
  • Contribute directly to programs, mockups, and decks when needed, while determining when to lead and when to assist.
  • Act as a team leader and thought leader for stakeholders and collaborators on brand and messaging.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform empathetic and strategic executions.
  • Manage the creative process from concept through execution.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and outputs.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
  • Oversee deliverables and adhere to timelines and creative budgets.
  • Represent creative output across the wider organization by presenting to key stakeholders and communicating with internal teams and agencies.
  • Manage multiple projects, switch between projects while meeting deadlines, and remain within budget.
  • Review and approve the work of direct reports before seeking approval from the Group Creative Director or President of Studios for dissemination to other departments or clients.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to direct reports, including crafting and delivering performance reviews.
  • Partner with Creative Operations on staffing resources and scheduling to drive success across projects.
  • Work with Client, Strategy, and Media team members to develop briefs that support innovative creative grounded in consumer insights and business goals.
