  • The ability to verbally communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner is required.
  • The ability to listen to clients over the phone or Teams calls via a laptop computer is required.
  • The employee must be able to remain seated for extended periods while working at a laptop computer.
  • The employee must frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
  • The employee must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and through electronic communications.
  • The employee must frequently read computer screens and written documents and distinguish text and numerical data.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and scanners, is required.
  • The employee must occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 10–15 pounds.
  • The employee must maintain concentration and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks and handling multiple accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding past-due accounts.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and establish payment plans when appropriate.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer communications.
  • Process payments and update account information accurately.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and other internal teams to resolve account concerns.
  • Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or external collection agencies when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on collection status, delinquency trends, and account performance.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant debt collection regulations and compliance requirements.
