Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Independently propound and respond to discovery requests from scratch, without reliance on pre-made templates, and develop tailored discovery strategies based on case specifics and legal requirements.
  • Prepare precise jury charges identifying critical elements for successful case outcomes, then use them to draft petitions, complaints, and targeted discovery aimed at gathering key evidence.
  • Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and complaints for cases in state and federal court jurisdictions while addressing relevant legal elements and strategic objectives.
  • Review and analyze discovery records and gathered evidence, draft motions to compel as necessary, and ensure complete and accurate case-information presentation.
  • Monitor and adhere to court deadlines and statutes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of legal documents.
  • Assemble comprehensive trial binders and prepare materials to support attorneys in court proceedings.
  • Draft legal motions using in-depth analysis and clear legal arguments.
