As a Technical Application Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to field consultants and external customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

What will you be doing:

Act as a diagnostic technician, analyzing and resolving application issues.
Provide exceptional application support independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance technical and application knowledge.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

What you will likely bring:

3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Windows Server and application diagnostic and support skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical concepts within software packages.
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge.

What could set you apart:

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve financial concepts within software packages.
ERP software experience, with preference for Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista.
2–3 years of financial business flow knowledge, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Inventory and Work In Process management.
- Financial reporting and statements.
- General Ledger account reconciliation.
- Job costing and fixed assets.
- Multi-company consolidations.
