Requirements
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Experience providing group facilitation and forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate and interact successfully with others at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Experience monitoring the status of projects and programs.
  • Experience establishing project and program documentation and structure and configuration control.
  • Experience applying analysis techniques, performing various types of review, developing process improvements, and using automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other automation tools.
  • Proficiency with electronic document management systems such as OpenText LiveLink.
  • Experience working with contractor and government personnel in problem solving and formulating strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, customer service, and work-relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create various types of performance status reports.
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating program and project review activities and prepare management reports.
  • Support compilation of performance incentives for work under the MSC and Occupational Medical contracts.
  • Assist in coordinating subject matter expert evaluations for fee determination, key performance goals, quarterly presentations, and contractor performance assessments.
  • Assist in coordinating subject matter expert inputs into the RL Integrated Evaluation Plan and track and report results to AMMS.
  • Assist in developing presentation material for project and program documents and internal and external presentations.
  • Track action items from program and project meetings.
  • Provide facilitation, process re-engineering, best-practice identification, transformation and change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, and information-system development methods and practices.
  • Assist subject matter experts in conducting process-improvement and re-engineering activities.
  • Assist subject matter experts in developing project and program documents, including research information, review and comment, and administration and follow-up on comment resolution.
  • Provide technical-writing support for technical documents such as accident investigations, project plans, and management plans.
  • Analyze AMMS management systems and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist AMMS in contract administration by tracking deliverables, supporting baseline change control, and supporting interface management between contractors.
  • Assist in developing and analyzing business processes and developing tools and systems for contract oversight, online information sharing, and electronic records retention.
  • Assist in program, project, and contract document configuration control, including timely release of contract changes and briefings for change-control review and coordination.
  • Assist in developing and analyzing business processes and developing tools and systems to identify and prioritize current and emerging work within the AMMS portfolio.
  • Assist in developing presentation materials, including briefings, white papers, position papers, research documentation, and assessment reports.
  • Support RL in organizing, facilitating, and documenting Core Team activities, including coordinating meetings and schedules.
  • Assist with the AMMS Portfolio Management System.
  • Assist with program and project activity coordination.
  • Assist with AMMS SharePoint and IDMS architecture.
  • Assist with AMMS business rhythms, business flow charts, and other business-process re-engineering documentation.
  • Assist with AMMS briefing materials and reports.
  • Assist with project and program reports, documents, and presentation materials.
  • Assist with activity-tracking and assessment tools.
  • Assist with business-process re-engineering and provide recommendations for improving business processes and management systems.
