A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Must be able to operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently.
Must be able to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections, and repair or clean equipment as needed.
Must be able to comprehend and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
Must be able to work near, around, or on light or heavy equipment.
Must be able to repeatedly climb stairs and ladders; balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects; use vibration tools frequently; reach and squat; tolerate prolonged standing, walking, or sitting; and walk on uneven surfaces.
Must be able to work outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including swing shifts, graveyard shifts, nights, overtime, and weekends as required.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitor all plant equipment under the operator's responsibility.
Follow company policies and local, state, and federal regulations, including Mine Safety and Health Administration requirements, for safe and environmentally conscious work procedures.
Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections and document them in accordance with company policies.
Feed the plant with products to the desired specifications and maintain adequate material feed and stockpiles.
Maintain consistent and efficient plant operation.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities, and assist with major repairs as needed.
Maintain regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
Perform other job-related duties temporarily or permanently as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating aggregate processing equipment and effectively monitoring all equipment under his/her control. Schedule: 5am-5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operates aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitors all plant equipment accountable to him or her
Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (MSHA, etc.) for safe, environmentally conscious working procedures
Performs daily pre‐and‐post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
Feeds the plant(s) with desired specification products and maintains adequate feed of materials and stockpiles
Maintains the consistent and efficient operation of the plant(s)
Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities
Assists with major repairs as needed
Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience

Lift objects of various dimensions and up to 75 lbs. of weight occasionally and 50 lbs. of weight frequently
