Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps programs is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • The position requires a Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily with minimal guidance.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to bend, reach, and kneel and may need to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and type and read from a computer screen.
Responsibilities
  • Support program schedules, risk management processes, and performance tracking.
  • Support the preparation and review of procurement packages, Statements of Work, and Performance Work Statements.
  • Assist with installation planning.
  • Provide progress status reports on significant technical or programmatic issues related to installation resource planning, execution, and integration.
  • Coordinate across government, contractor teams, and external stakeholders, including NAVWAR, SYSCOMs, and Fleet representatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Develop, collect, analyze, and track data representing cost, schedule, and performance related to PMW 150 installation budgets and product maturity.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining PMW 150 installation policy documents, processes, and procedures.
  • Track and assist in resolving action items and issues affecting installation of PMW 150 systems.
  • Assist in preparing program plans and guidance documents, including strategic plans and roadmaps addressing organizational approaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
