About the job
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living and dementia care.
- Ability to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support for clients weighing up to 100–150 pounds.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to drive clients in their vehicles; mileage reimbursement is provided.
- A smartphone with internet access is required.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide transportation for medical appointments and outings.
- Engage clients in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide support for clients with specialized needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, or AED certification is preferred but not required.
