What believers are saying

  • Liberty lists $140,000-$180,000 base pay for its California statewide business development executive, before commissions and bonuses.
  • A Sugar Grove liaison contract specifies $34 per authorized, documented hour and approximately 20-32 hours weekly.
  • One Sacramento care role has daytime hours: the conduct specialist listing specifies Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

What critics are saying

  • West Virginia liaison contractors bear employment costs: Liberty assigns them responsibility for taxes, insurance and required professional credentials.
  • Liberty's conduct specialists in Sacramento must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Public coverage has limits: Liberty accepts Medi-Cal only for selected programs and Medicare according to service and plan eligibility.

What makes Liberty Behavioral & Community Services unique

  • California referrals have a dedicated route: Liberty works with Regional Centers serving people with developmental disabilities.
  • Liberty's advertised statewide leadership spans two tiers: regional directors report directly, while business-development liaisons report indirectly.
  • Liberty starts autism therapy at 18 months and continues through adolescence, defining a pediatric clinical pathway.
