Have 3–5 years of experience in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration trade or commercial installation environment.
Have strong working knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
Hold Environmental Protection Agency certification.
Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Be able to provide own hand tools.
Have strong technical and electrical aptitude.
Be able to work independently and effectively lead a team.
Be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require.
Be able to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and kneel frequently.
Be able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Be able to work in varying environmental conditions.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform installation and activation of commercial food cooking and preparation equipment, refrigeration systems, ventilation and exhaust hoods, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Coordinate and oversee removal of existing or outdated systems.
Serve as the on-site lead, directing and training project team installers on proper installation techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and company standards.
Order, maintain, and manage tools, materials, and equipment critical to project operations.
Read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings, blueprints, and service manuals.
Interpret technical data such as pressure, temperature, and refrigerant readings.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, project managers, and manufacturer technical support.
Use company-provided technology, including a tablet or iPad, email, and software systems, to document work, communicate updates, and complete required reporting.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and drug-free workplace requirements.
Travel frequently to job sites and perform work on the road.

The Project Lead Installer plays a critical role in leading and executing commercial installation projects. This position is responsible for overseeing installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and successful project completion while mentoring and guiding project team installers.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL
