About the job
- A technical secondary-school or university-level education is required.
- Experience in testing is advantageous.
- Working-level communication skills in English and Czech are required; German is a significant advantage.
- Technical aptitude, creativity, independence, and responsibility are required.
- Manual dexterity is required.
- The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
- Independently lead vibration, climatic, and combined test projects.
- Design and prepare test scenarios according to customer requirements and international standards.
- Evaluate measured data, identify key trends, and prepare technical reports and presentations of results.
- Consult with customers on technical solutions and contribute actively to identifying the optimal method for verifying their products.
- Collaborate on international projects within IDIADA Group, including the possibility of business trips to overseas branches.
- Contribute to developing new testing methodologies, automating processes, and expanding the laboratory’s technical capabilities.
- German language skills are a significant advantage.
