Requirements
  • 10+ years software development experience
  • 10+ years of programming experience with full stack technologies such Ruby, Golang or Python
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with multi-cloud networking and infrastructure
  • Experience developing, documenting, and supporting REST APIs
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
Responsibilities
  • Work across multiple teams within the Content and Collaboration organization building technology solutions
  • Write software and build scalable back-end services for the content management utilizing cloud native technologies with heavy use of terraform, ruby, and golang
  • Solve challenging distributed systems problems and work with modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes)
  • Influence technical direction of the group towards creating a comprehensive service-oriented architecture
  • Guide and mentor team members regarding architecture and best practices
  • Review and coach team on project designs for design review presentations
  • Forge strong partnership with product management and other key areas of the business
  • Influence and mentor other teams of engineers, acting as a technical design mentor and providing architectural and design input
  • Lead technical meetings for large audiences
  • Work cross functionally with Security Engineering for supporting security and compliance program goals
