Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Process Analyst
  • Professional experience in healthcare industry required
  • Ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points and to work with technical colleagues to arrive at novel solutions
  • Experience interviewing and eliciting requirements from business stakeholders
  • Experience with modeling business processes visually using techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modeling
  • Strong technical writing skills including
  • Experience writing requirements and user stories
  • Experience writing user training documentation
  • Experience writing and presenting project status and applicable metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing and editing technical documentation
  • Experience in leading or supporting end-to-end and user acceptance testing management
  • Experience in developing or supporting test strategies considered a plus
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting firm or professional services firm, including contributions to thought leadership and pre-sales support, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to:
  • Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Responsibilities
  • Participate in project standups and check ins
  • Meet with key stakeholders to elicit needs and requirementsDocument requirements in the format of User Stories and/or Epics as well as drafting traceability matrices
  • Establish and maintaining a Product Backlog with acceptance criteria
  • Plan, participate and/or facilitate project demos, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies
  • Conduct whiteboarding sessions with project teams and client stakeholders
  • Work alongside a variety of technical professionals in software, data, and quality engineering
  • Work alongside client and UDig teams to support user acceptance testing and user training
  • Partner with Technical Delivery Manager on maintaining project timelines and meeting milestone deliverables
  • Write, review, or edit business or technical documentation
  • Analyze and organize data, documents, and other content
  • Develop and execute on strategies to ensure alignment between business stakeholders' vision and the final product delivered by engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal UDig 'fun/innovative' projects
