Requirements
  • A Master's degree.
  • A professional certification such as Project Management Professional, Certified Construction Manager, PMI Construction Professional, or a similar credential.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience at the construction manager level, including responsibility for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with global student populations.
  • United States work authorization is required.
Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate courses within the Construction Management concentration that is part of the Project Management degree and certificate programs, including Foundations of Construction Management, Construction Planning, Construction Execution, Monitoring & Closing, Construction Contracts and Law, and other courses included in the curriculum.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience teaching both in-person and online courses.
  • Experience working with international students.
  • A history of successful teaching at the graduate level.
  • A strong academic background in finance and the ability to teach project finance courses.
