Requirements
  • Hold a vocational diploma in Health, Assistance and Nursing Care (SASI) recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  • Be an active member in good standing of the OIIAQ.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care within the scope of practice.
  • Administer prescribed medication and treatments.
  • Monitor residents’ health and report any changes.
  • Provide hygiene, comfort, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other professionals.
  • Record observations and interventions in the clinical file.
  • Promote residents’ autonomy and quality of life.
  • Be available to work day, evening, and night shifts, frequently on weekends, and to work double shifts when required.
