Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
A solid academic foundation in hydraulics and hydrology.
Ability to use modeling software such as InfoWater, EPANET, InfoSWMM, PCSWMM, and/or EPA SWMM.
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail, organization, and composure under pressure.
Willingness to work additional hours when needed.
Responsibilities
Lead projects involving the design and optimization of water distribution systems and storm, sanitary, and combined sewer systems.
Apply hydraulic and hydrologic expertise to develop sustainable water and wastewater management solutions.
Analyze and interpret system data using simulations and models to develop optimized solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
Make data-driven decisions for critical infrastructure projects.
Use advanced modeling tools to simulate hydraulic systems and assess design scenarios.
Use InfoWater, EPANET, InfoSWMM, PCSWMM, and other industry-standard software to create models and ensure data integrity.
Serve as a client-facing engineer by coordinating with internal teams, leading meetings, and driving hydraulic models in real time to run scenarios and answer questions.
Analyze and interpret hydraulic modeling results to understand and predict real-world system performance and behavior.

Serve as a client-facing engineer, coordinating with internal teams, leading meetings, and driving hydraulic models in real time to run scenarios, answer questions, and keep everyone aligned (even when it takes some creative juggling).
Analyze and interpret hydraulic modeling results to understand and predict real-world system performance and behavior.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus and would be highly valued.
3+ years of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
A solid academic foundation in hydraulics and hydrology—you understand the key principles that keep water flowing smoothly and systems working efficiently!
Ability to use top-tier modeling software like InfoWater, EPANET, InfoSWMM, PCSWMM, and/or EPA SWMM to keep sewer systems running without a hitch.
Microsoft Office 365 expertise, especially Excel.
