This is a full-time, experienced full-desk Principal Consultant role.
Candidates should be revenue-driven, comfortable working at a fast pace, and able to operate in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities

Manage permanent recruitment processes end to end, including building talent pools, guiding candidates through interviews, and negotiating offers.
Own client relationships by managing accounts, winning new business through strategic outreach and networking, negotiating terms, selling talent solutions, and managing client expectations.
Build a candidate network across product managers, senior individual contributors, and leadership profiles.
Develop and engage a talent and client community in the product management space, becoming a go-to recruiter.
Build and own a permanent Product Management recruitment desk.

If you’re revenue-driven, like to work fast-paced and function in a high-impact role, this role is for you. As part of our US team, you’ll grow a Perm Product Management desk, working with high-growth and enterprise organisations, supporting them with critical hires to take them to the next level.

The role

Operating as a full desk Principal Consultant, manage perm recruitment processes end to end, building talent pools, guiding your candidates through interview processes, negotiating offers, etc.
You’ll take ownership of client relationships - managing accounts, winning new business through strategic outreach and networking, negotiating terms, and confidently selling talent solutions while managing client expectations
Build a candidate network across product managers, senior ICs, and leadership profiles
Developing and engaging a talent & client community in your space, becoming the go-to recruiter in your space
