Make sales calls to leads.
Generate leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach.
Follow up with prospective leads by phone and email.
Manage leads within the customer relationship management system.
Interact with members on social media.
Assist in creating social media content.
Perform administrative duties.
Deliver five-star customer service to members.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in social media or marketing.
THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members. Hours rage from early morning shifts starting at approximately 4:45am, mid-day availability, or evening shifts ending about 8:30pm. Monday- Friday mostly. Availability to work select weekends- (no more than 3 hour shifts)
If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.
RESPONSIBILITES
