Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals. The architect participates in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating various stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designed processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on process design.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business function design and process optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business process efficiency.
- Experience in developing and implementing process blueprints and key performance indicators.
- Ability to conduct quality management reviews and ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage stakeholders.
- Capability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage complex project dynamics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
