8am launches AI tools to make scanned legal documents searchable and cut manual work

8am, a professional business platform for legal and accounting firms, has launched enhanced AI capabilities for its 8am IQ product to address fragmented data challenges in legal work. The new features include 8am IQ Discovery Assistant, which uses optical character recognition to convert scanned documents and images into searchable text, and an upgraded 8am IQ Case Assistant.
