Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are understood and translated into clear, concise, and complete requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed changes or solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the business area(s) supported by the organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business analysis best practices and standards.
