Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment check-in and check-out inspections and assist with basic preventive maintenance and general upkeep.
  • Help load and unload equipment, including assisting customers and delivery drivers.
  • Deliver and pick up small equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Support the Inside Sales team by selecting appropriate, rental-ready equipment.
  • Maintain equipment inventory systems in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and ready for customer use.
  • Organize equipment efficiently to support smooth operations.
  • Provide customers with basic operating instructions and customer service during equipment pickup and return.
  • Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
  • Support a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Trade school or related experience is preferred.

The world-renowned brand will award a spring in each event on the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour as well as prizes at the season-ending banquet!
