Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business of Klaviyo’s top customers
  • Create prescriptive and customized customer success plans
  • Analyze usage patterns to provide proactive insights
  • Build strong relationships with customers and executives
  • Lead and plan weekly meetings with Customers
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with key cross-functional teams
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify account expansion opportunities
  • Act as an internal advocate for customers
  • Manage Executive Sponsor Programs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products or services
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer success processes
