- At least 7 years of experience in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in artificial intelligence and machine learning deployment.
- A proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients.
- Hands-on experience deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning applications or intelligent workflows, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems.
- The ability to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames.
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales.
- Lead the deployment of the neuro-symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements.
- Own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows.
- Ensure clients realize measurable value from the platform.
- Work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on strategic business problems.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and artificial intelligence and machine learning teams to design and deploy reasoning workflows.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions.
- Drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales.
