Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with client and contractor employees.
  • Assist with permitting items and support construction operations through inventory auditing and documentation reviews.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documentation so they remain updated and accessible for appropriate use.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events; send reminders about upcoming appointments and meetings; and coordinate catering as necessary.
  • Manage the flow of information into and out of the office and prepare correspondence, emails, and memos in paper or electronic form.
  • Support departmental managers and staff.
