Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Clinical Transformation, or a similar area; hospital healthcare or medical device industry experience is required.
  • Strong executive influence, a strategic mindset, and cross-functional leadership internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce to evaluate, manage, and present key performance indicators and success plans to leadership.
  • A deep understanding of hospital networks and workflows.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent, or at least 9 years of related experience.
  • Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and reports, with strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of strategy, execution, adoption, and value delivery for long-term strategic partnerships within the Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem.
  • Drive clinical, operational, and financial improvements by working with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders; ensure customers fully adopt and optimize monitoring solutions, including bedside and transport monitors, central stations, mobility and notification tools, clinical decision support applications, and interoperability components.
  • Develop and manage a unified, data-driven customer success and outcomes roadmap across strategic partnerships and traditional Hospital Patient Monitoring service models, while expanding Philips’ presence within accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Solutions & Delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery; partner with Sales to secure renewals, grow existing agreements, transition customers to higher-value offerings, add addendums, and expand adoption of the Philips portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by connecting customer objectives to Philips’ monitoring and enterprise portfolio, including diagnostic cardiology, software solutions, interoperability capabilities, and emerging innovations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hospital patient monitoring knowledge is highly preferred.
  • A current Gainsight certification is a plus.
