Plan and schedule resources to maximize site capacity and output, assess ongoing resource needs, and continuously improve production and operational processes.
Determine and adhere to quality standards, incorporate customer quality needs into processes, identify and correct root causes of escapes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Operate reporting systems and tools to maintain data integrity.
Understand customer needs and report accurate, well-documented DSR and KPI metrics.
Align and optimize resources to meet or exceed annual budget targets, and identify and use competitive suppliers.
Champion change and continuous improvement, provide direction, build teams, provide constructive performance feedback, delegate, and make personnel changes as needed.
Maintain accountability and follow up to ensure quality task completion.
