About the company
Junior Adventures Group runs before- and after-school care and holiday programs for school-aged children in Australia, the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. Its local brands include OSHClub and Helping Hands Network in Australia, sKids in New Zealand and Sherpa Kids in Ireland. Schools host its programs on their grounds, where children take part in supervised play, sports, creative activities and group games outside class hours. Families pay fees for booked sessions, and eligible Australian families receive government childcare subsidies that reduce their out-of-pocket costs. OSHClub and Helping Hands joined under the group's banner in 2016, and its head office is in Melbourne, Victoria.
