Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Technology, IT systems, or Engineering Technology
  • 4+ years of experience in concept engineering or serial development
  • Experience in calibration process and validation of software functions
  • Ability to read and understand Simulink flow diagrams and C-programming source code
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of powertrain and drive system integration
  • Calibrate and create a Scout specific driving experience
  • Modify vehicle and powertrain calibration
  • Liaise with the e-drive and chassis tuning team
  • Coordinate and contribute to the prototype and serial development stage
  • Partner with other concept & systems architect teams
  • Hands-on prototyping and building capability
