Requirements

Ability to resolve customer disputes and retain dissatisfied customers through effective service.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
Ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
Maintain staffing levels that match business needs throughout the day.
Make end-of-night bank deposits when closing.
Complete a nightly product inventory count when closing.
Ensure the store is properly set up and ready to receive orders at opening.
Promote a sense of urgency with every order.
Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shifts.
Ensure delivery vehicles pass mechanical and visual inspections.
Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize customer service while meeting Domino’s on-time delivery standards.
Uphold Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Job Description

Lead a team of delivery drivers and csr’s to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly

Maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the day

When closing, responsible for end of the night bank deposits

When closing, responsible for doing a nightly product inventory count

When opening, ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders upon time of open

Foster and project a sense of urgency with each and every order

Comfortable with dispute resolution and ensuring every unhappy customer is a returning customer

Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shift

Ensure vehicles used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually

Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining Dominos standards of orders delivered on time.

Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance

Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions

Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and

properly box products for delivery or carryout

Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person

Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system

Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
