Responsibilities
  • Manage Workplace Operations and onsite experience of Anaplan North American Office portfolio, including managing day-to-day operations of Anaplan’s New York City Office
  • Manage a team of workplace managers, coordinators, and receptionists
  • Develop and implement workplace experience programming focused on culture-building and fostering innovation
  • Instruct the WPS team and develop Key Partnership with Regional Site Champions
  • Partner with Real Estate and IT on North American office new builds and refreshes
  • Develop and manage the operating budget for the North America region and scale budgeting best practices
  • Support change management strategies and plans that improve employee adoption and usage of required changes
  • Analyze current processes and optimize them for scale
  • Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions throughout project life cycles
  • Experience collecting workplace and/or HR data to make informed decisions
