Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in information systems or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
- Experience with web-based applications, service-oriented architectures, and web application servers such as BEA WebLogic and WebSphere.
- Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools such as Visio.
- Programming experience in a language such as C, C++, Visual Basic, or Java.
- Seven to ten years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and monitor application support activities for IT applications, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, recommending resolutions, installation, training, and script or code writing.
- Implement and support a broad range of facility-based information technology and services equipment.
- Set up and repair facility-based, end-user infrastructure and resolve desktop incidents and requests reported by facility users to the service desk.
- Provide advanced hands-on technical support across a broad range of technical areas.
