About the Company

ACCO Engineered Systems

Designs, fabricates, and maintains HVAC systems

ACCO Engineered Systems designs, installs, and maintains mechanical systems for commercial and industrial buildings, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, process piping, and building automation. It uses an in-house, integrated delivery approach—engineering design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and ongoing service—so projects are designed, built, and supported by one team. It differs from competitors with an employee-owned ESOP structure, large-scale in-house capabilities, and a broad geographic footprint in California and the Southwest, offering private-culture feel with the scale of a big contractor. The goal is to provide reliable, cost-efficient mechanical and control-system solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, backed by complete design, build, and maintenance.
