  • 1 year of experience in a related field
Responsibilities
  • Plan and track SoFi Compliance driven projects and programs
  • Align Compliance department with company's risk profile
  • Ensure Compliance department meets standards set forth in policies
  • Coordinate team meetings and facilitate compliance risk prioritizations
  • Develop and manage strategies for compliance management program
  • Conduct workshops to identify compliance risks and prioritize them
  • Develop foresight capabilities by staying updated with industry events and regulations
  • Develop detailed deployment plans and track policy obligations
  • Drive successful completion of key initiatives
  • Develop presentations for senior management and regulatory meetings
