Requirements
  • Five years of sales or industry experience is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in a business-related field from an accredited university, or equivalent industry experience, is required.
  • At least five years of experience as a Product Manager in a software-as-a-service environment for business-to-business applications.
  • Experience working on an agile team using a two- to four-week sprint cadence.
  • Understanding of software user interface best practices and demonstrated success driving software user interface design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
Responsibilities
  • Own the overall vision, growth, and profitability of the assigned product.
  • Create, communicate, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to ensure visibility and transparency of planned work.
  • Communicate progress to leadership and explain why key results are or are not being achieved.
  • Make decisions and maintain a value-based prioritized backlog aligned with business strategy and goals, exercising judgment on key tradeoffs.
  • Develop data-backed business cases and economic models, and use product discovery techniques to move from ideas to prototypes.
  • Maintain awareness of third-party capabilities that provide viable product solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitors' enterprise software capabilities.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Scrum Masters within an agile team to deliver the product backlog, serve as the voice of the customer, and communicate product value and prioritization decisions.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization to communicate status, align priorities, and ensure operational support for go-to-market plans.
  • Develop user stories granular enough for a single sprint, elaborate epics and features, create and maintain the product backlog, support user and application testing, and coordinate release activities.
  • Coordinate new and changed functionality with affected business groups to ensure seamless rollout of new capabilities.
  • Assist with training global sales teams and preparing materials needed for the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, industry professional associations, and others to elevate ABS Wavesight brand awareness.
  • Ensure marketing and sales materials are appropriate for ABS markets globally.
  • Work with ABS groups to cross-sell products that enhance overall ABS offerings.
  • Ensure sales and operational teams have the capabilities, training, and documentation needed to sell and implement the solution.
Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of compliance business processes.
