Requirements

  • Maintain an active, state-specific physical therapist license.

  • Hold current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes and treat each patient through their full plan of care.
  • Set availability; Luna matches the therapist with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive (12 minutes on average).
  • Complete documentation in the Luna app; no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork is required.
  • Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
  • Prescribe and monitor workouts using the Luna app.
