Requirements
  • The candidate must have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
  • The candidate must have strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • The candidate must be able to understand and explain technical RV or vehicle systems.
  • The candidate must be hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • The candidate must be proficient with rental systems.
  • The candidate must be organized, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers.
  • The candidate must have a Category B driving license.
  • The candidate must know English.
  • The candidate must be able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.
  • The candidate must be able to lift or carry light to moderate items weighing 10–15 kg.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • The candidate must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules.
  • The candidate must be able to interact calmly and professionally with customers in different emotional states.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct rental check-ins and check-outs, customer briefings, and ongoing rental support.
  • Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.
  • Prepare and perform RV demonstrations, showcasing vehicle features and specifications in response to customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth customer handovers and complete documentation.
  • Track leads, demonstrations, and follow-ups in customer relationship management tools.
  • Convert rental customers into sales opportunities and support the RV Sales District and City Lead in meeting targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and demonstrate basic systems such as lighting and gas.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate them as needed.
  • Clean and prepare campervans before every check-in and keep them in top condition.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management tools is nice to have.
  • Proficiency with digital sales software is nice to have.
