About the job
- Support recruitment activities and human resources operations.
- Plan and operate internal events and all-hands meetings.
- Improve and maintain the office environment and manage equipment.
- Perform general back-office operations related to organizational management.
- Support public relations activities by handling interviews, updating social media and the website, and providing basic design support.
- Plan and operate external events and conferences and receive visitors.
- Support external messaging and media interviews.
- Provide operational support, conduct research, and prepare documents for projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and member companies and support meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the development team, including task management and environment setup.
- Support efficiency improvements in development operations and manage documentation.
- Support and prepare for AI and robotics exhibitions and events, including overseas events.
- Communicate and amplify AIRoA’s vision, activities, and culture internally and externally, connecting divisions, people, and stakeholders.
- During the first 1–2 years, rotate across functions in the Administration Division quarterly to semiannually, then move into a specialized area based on interests, aptitude, and organizational needs.
- Business-level Japanese and English are required.
- Native-level Japanese is required.
- English at business level or above is required.
- Strong communication skills, including understanding others’ perspectives and communicating clearly.
- A proactive and curious mindset, willingness to take on new challenges, and ability to learn independently.
- Ability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
