Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Strong communication skills are required.
No homecare experience is necessary; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Screen new patients and caregivers.
Onboard new patients, including assisting with documentation and clearance requirements.
Onboard new caregivers, including providing orientation and training.
Staff patient cases with caregivers and ensure patient cases are started promptly.
Ensure compliance with applicable law and company policy, including caregiver clock-in and clock-out requirements.
Communicate with patients, caregivers, and patient families to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Assist with on-site visits as needed.
Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Desired Qualifications
An associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Staff patient cases with caregivers and ensure patient cases are started promptly

This role will work Monday-Friday 9a-5p.
