Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Developing, maintaining, and controlling the Calibration system
  • Produce Customer test reports (C of A, C of C, etc.)
  • Investigating incidents reported both internally and externally (Customer complaints) and based upon the findings instigate the appropriate improvement plans (Continuous Improvement)
  • Carrying out internal and external (supplier) audits, giving appropriate feedback and assisting departments and other subsidiaries with putting improvement plans into place
  • Input of test results and findings into databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintenance and control of Testing databases and Test Equipment
  • Provide test equipment support for Quality Control and Manufacturing departments
  • Ensuring Quality related documentation is maintained and reviewed regularly
  • Prepare customer test samples and liaise with Independent Testing Laboratories
  • Carry out testing on trial products and produce documented reports
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis on processes, machines, and measuring/ test equipment
  • Carry out a variety of product testing, when required
  • Delivering training for Quality and Manufacturing personnel, when required
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience of conducting audits is desirable
  • Recognised Quality qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge of print process and practices is desirable

Florida Lottery scratches record $7.09B in sales, funnels $1.21B to education

Scientific Games and the Florida Lottery announced record scratch-off retail sales of $7.093 billion in 2025, narrowly surpassing the previous record of $7.091 billion set in 2022. The milestone generated over $1.21 billion for Florida's Educational Enhancement Trust Fund, supporting public schools, colleges, universities and the Bright Futures Scholarship Programme. Scratch-off sales increased 6.84% year-over-year and accounted for nearly 74% of the Florida Lottery's total annual sales of $9.63 billion. The GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER family of games alone represented $1.29 billion in sales, comprising 18.3% of total scratch-off sales. Scientific Games has served as the Florida Lottery's exclusive or primary supplier of scratch-off games since the lottery's inception in 1988.
