Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of SBA lending experience with demonstrated success in managing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in SBA products, including 7(a), 504, and Express, and lending procedures such as underwriting, documentation, and compliance is required.
  • Understanding of business banking products and services, including deposit accounts, credit solutions, and treasury services, is required.
  • The ability to meet and exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and closing strategies is required.
  • The ability to tailor financial solutions using consultative techniques is required.
  • Experience sourcing new business through centers of influence, community engagement, and internal referrals is required.
  • The ability to align banking solutions with client goals through planning, needs analysis, and competitive positioning is required.
  • The ability to maintain and grow client relationships through regular contact, cross-selling, and proactive service is required.
  • Understanding of business operations, financial drivers, market dynamics, banking regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings is required.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Banking Relationship Managers to acquire new clients and expand share of wallet among existing business clients.
  • Use a network of centers of influence and internal Business Banking sales partners to generate profitable growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, position client relationships for cross-sales, provide pertinent financial information, and identify and refer cross-marketing opportunities.
  • Research and understand competitors' strengths, weaknesses, product offerings, and pricing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of SBA products and basic knowledge of broader business banking products and services.
  • Prospect for opportunities through internal and external centers of influence and participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
  • Make joint calls with Business Banking Relationship Managers and SBA Relationship Managers to enhance their SBA product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team sales success.
  • Review and analyze personal and business financial data to understand client needs and differentiate KeyBank in the marketplace.
  • Partner with the credit campus to facilitate underwriting and credit approval.
  • Ensure new customer relationships meet compliance requirements and that loan documents are complete, correct, and submitted with loan documentation.
  • Resolve loan document exceptions and understand how and why exceptions occurred.
  • Maintain ongoing client contact and offer the full range of bank products to support client growth initiatives.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures related to sales, regulatory compliance, quality, and client contact strategy.
  • Occasionally travel, including overnight stays.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
