About the job
- A technical higher-education degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of insertion and soldering processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of analysis methods and tools, including root cause analysis, Six Sigma, failure mode and effects analysis, and 8D.
- Knowledge of preparing and using Control Plans and participating in failure mode and effects analyses.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ensure quality requirements are implemented and followed during prototype, pre-series, and series production phases in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the validation and approval of new equipment, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with the quality plan and launch requirements.
- Monitor production process performance by analyzing quality indicators and statistical data, including CPK, measurement system analysis, and statistical process control, and initiate improvements as needed.
- Coordinate investigations of internal and external nonconformities, apply problem-solving methodologies, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Participate in operational quality activities, including QRQC, and review Control Plans, failure mode and effects analyses, and production concepts to ensure product and process compliance.
- Organize and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements, applicable standards, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams and exercise authority to stop production or deliveries when actual or potential nonconformities may affect product quality.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or VDA standards is an advantage.
- Production experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
