About the job
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Comfort using Google Suite.
- Ability to stand, use hands, reach, and communicate constantly; walk frequently; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch; and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate and help manage day-to-day customer service operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Assist with training and development of cashiers and courtesy clerks.
- Minimize company losses by performing and monitoring accurate cashiering, proper product handling, and till management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
