Responsibilities
  • Develop annual and quarterly comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand, including website content strategy, channel mix, and campaign management.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic syncs with specialists to review marketing-qualified leads and gross margin before sales metrics, plan and prioritize initiatives, make adjustments, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute marketing strategy by aligning specialists, production team members, and project managers with goals and action items.
  • Maintain current marketing knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, customer collaboration, and industry education.
  • Lead a cross-functional digital marketing team comprising content strategy, user experience, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click specialists, with a focus on execution, career growth, and development.
  • Set and communicate priorities for individual contributors, including the marketing team and external resources, that affect project deliverables.
  • Prioritize team work by balancing long-term strategic objectives and new opportunities with the goal of driving growth.
  • Collaborate with project management, compliance, and financial analysts to guide projects through production and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Review, analyze, and report on total lead volume and gross margin before sales.
  • Analyze detailed, real-time performance data, including domain website traffic, marketing-qualified leads, and marketing expense.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external client teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing matters related to the brand relationship.
  • Implement brand partner requests to keep website properties compliant.
  • Proactively share performance updates, new initiatives, opportunities, and roadblocks with internal and external client teams.

Connie Health, an AI-native Medicare navigation platform, has completed its acquisition of Clearlink's Medicare business and secured $40 million in Series B funding led by HealthQuest Capital. The round included participation from JSL Capital, Khosla Ventures, aMoon and Pitango HealthTech, bringing total funding to $85 million. The Clearlink acquisition marks Connie Health's tenth completed acquisition. The company combines AI technology with local agents to help seniors navigate Medicare coverage decisions whilst serving as a strategic partner to accountable care organisations and health systems. Connie Health aims to improve member attribution and close coverage gaps for value-based care partners.
